    TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Century Business Services currently seeks a Territory Sales Representative in Costa Mesa, CA to focus on new business account development. Our Territory Sales Representative contributes to business growth and development by selling a wide range of office solutions to include high speed digital copiers and printers, document management solutions, wide format equipment, and managed print solutions & IT services. This position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in sales or someone who has sales experience to bring to the organization.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Closing Net New Clients and meeting sales activity and production targets
    • Developing and qualifying new clients within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
    • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and driving new business
    • Assess customer needs, propose solutions and negotiate contracts
    • Build rapport and grow strong client relationships
    • Utilize account information systems (CRM) and other internal sales/accounting systems
    • Understand and employ network applications as it is related to our hardware and services

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • 2+ years previous sales experience
    • Prior experience managing sales to a quota
    • Prior experience cold calling, setting meetings with decision makers, presenting, and closing sales
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with a CRM system preferred
    • Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
    • Must have a current California Driver's License, vehicle, and auto insurance that meets CA state minimum requirements as this is a driving position.

    Education

    • Bachelors' Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
