QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7+ years of recent public external audit experience
• Supervisory experience with ability to instruct and  present projects
• Experience managing, performing, monitoring and overseeing domestic and international audits
• Be able to interpret and handle either PCAOB, SEC, GAAP and IAC Issues
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
• CPA active
• Public Accounting/ Big 4 experience a plus
