Job Description

Publically traded financial services company is looking for an Accounting Services Manager to supervise the group that includes A/P and Expense Reimbursement for now. Possibly inventory control in the future. Some responsibilities include:

• Lead the accounts payable, travel, and procurement department (which includes expense reporting system)
• Manage, Train, and mentor a decentralized team of 5-7 AP team members across various business units
• Implement and adhere to the Company’s policies and internal controls
• Ability to balance the need to supervise A/P department and when needed process payments to meet payment deadlines
• Establish and/or update Company policies for AP
• Coordinate amongst a diverse group of businesses to meet their AP, travel, and procurement needs
• Provide strategic thought and roadmap for process improvement
• Enhance standardization to foster scalability and future acquisitions
• Be able to handle a diverse, fast pace, episodic, and growing company
