Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to help lead our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in Finance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $37 to $45 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly reporting for all service lines; analyzes actuals and productivity reports for variances. Identifies trends and recommends actions to maintain standard productivity levels.
• Fields, researches, and responds to questions regarding financial trends, fluctuations, and variances.
• Provides extensive research on the complex accounts and funds structure to identify cause or source, and resolve questions, variance concerns and issues; provides timely response and report for management action.
• Conducts monthly financial analysis of the service lines, by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results; identifies areas of concern and documents for management use.
• Books correcting journal entries, monthly revenue and any quarterly revenue adjustments.
• Plans, analyzes, prepares, and compiles the company's budget activity.
• Prepares and analyzes the company's expenses and revenues plans; compiles data.
• Prepares and emits statistical reports for the comparison between the current situation and budgeted forecast.
• Provides analytical support for budget projects and deals directly with major department managers.
• Maintains the budget calendar, attends budget meetings and enters budget adjustments Create and submit appeals, along with required documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Degree In Finance, Accounting or related Field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
