We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Consultant - Multi-Family to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. Responsibilities: * Obtain new customers and maintain existing customers according to sales goals jointly established with Management * Provide customers assistance with sales, orders and problems or complaints * Provide customers with information on new products, services, changes and promotions * Participate in sales meetings and furnish requisite weekly and monthly reports * Attend and participate in industry and/or association meetings and events as a representative of the company * Develop working relationships with territory customers including owners, managers and technicians * Apply knowledge of basic air conditioning and heating concepts to appropriately assist customers with product needs and/or problems * Communicate customer or industry concerns and issues to appropriate company personnel Qualifications: * 1-2 years sales experience is required * Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) * HVAC product and/or industry knowledge preferred * Effective verbal and writing communication skills required Educational Requirements: * At least a High School diploma, College Degree preferred Company Description At Century HVAC Distributing, we provide HVAC solutions to licensed contractors, the multifamily industry, and commercial properties at our 12 Texas locations.
