    International hotel brand seeks Facilities Attendant/Houseman in the heart of what Money Magazine and Lonely Planet have recently dubbed "America's Coolest Neighborhood".

    Lawrenceville is at the heart of Pittsburgh's renaissance and is known as haven and destination for artists, local shops, and the some of the most innovative restaurants on Pittsburgh's flourishing culinary scene.

    The boutique hotel will house a new restaurant in timeless venue with a simple straightforward contemporary menu with an upscale wine program, a barista and wine retail shop, and a second restaurant/bar located on the rooftop featuring vibrant bar program with plates to share and focused on clean, simple, local ingredients.

    The hotel brand caters to business and leisure travelers in cosmopolitan cities including Madrid and Barcelona in Spain; Paris, France; Lisbon, Portugal; Frankfurt and Berlin, Germany; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Brisbane, Australia and New York City, U.S.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties and a variety of cleaning tasks in public areas and suites.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    Lobby: Clean all fingerprints off glass doors.

    Registration Desk and run vacuum cleaner.

    Public Restrooms: Clean Sink, Toilet, and Mop Floor – Replenish supplies as needed.

    Guest Laundry: clean washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed.

    General cleaning of offices and Front Office areas.

    General cleaning of Associate break room.

    Associate bathroom: clean sink, toilet, mop the floor. Replenish toilet paper and paper towels

    Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk.

    Employee must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook

    Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance policy.

    Deliver cribs, roll-away beds, and various related items to suites as requested by supervisor or guest.

    Making notations on various logs where these amenities have been delivered – i.e. cribs and roll-away beds locations must be recorded in the Log Book at the Front Desk.

    Responsible for knowing hotel emergency policy and procedures.

    Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
