THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified inquiries, opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
•  Liaise with Outside sales and customer on the creation of quote
• Email Sales Quotes to customers in a timely matter
•  Close sales and achieve quotas
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services and provide to Sales Manager for appropriate follow-up action
•  Research accounts, identify key prospects and generate interest
•  Team with partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions should a service concern arise
• Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner
•  Solve issues from customer complaints in a professional manner
• The right candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
•  Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven Inside Sales Experience
• Strong phone presence and experience
•  Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheets)
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
•  Customer Service Oriented.

MAY NEED TO START BEFORE OR STAY AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS TO COMPLETE A QUOTE/SALE. ANNUAL SALARY: $47K +PLUS (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
