Job Summary:

Firearm manufacturer looking for a Cerakote Applicator to join our team! You will be preparing and applying Cerakote paint on a variety of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel firearm parts.

You are an experienced Cerakote applicator who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality product to customers.

Responsibilities:

mixing and activating Cerakote paint;

closely visually inspecting parts for burrs/tool marks,

prepping parts, including wash and blast, and/or ensuring wash and blast was performed properly;

applying Cerakote paint to the appropriate thickness and finish requirements;

oven curing the parts, taking care to ensure the oven is set to the right temperature and cure time;

visually inspecting finished parts after completion;

cleaning and organizing paint equipment and work area; and

performing daily maintenance routines on painting equipment;

Qualifications:

Previous experience with Cerakote paint application

Previous experience sandblasting with aluminum oxide grit and other media

Strong communication skills and a helping attitude

Strong firearm knowledge
