Our goal as a startup is to sell this new software to our pre-existing clients that work with us to help them run their business more efficiently, then broaden the range to unlimited potential. On a day to day basis, you will primarily: make phone sales, run meetings to set them up, and to assist them with the initial set up and offering support to them if need be.

Must have 2+ years in sales experience

Highly Motivated and excited to work for a startup with an opportunity to grow

Understanding of technology and software (this software is for managing automotive shops)

Maintain a high number of outbound calls

Achieve monthly quota of demonstrations completed for software

Answer prospect’s questions with the goal of moving them to an appointment or meeting

Schedule appointments between prospects and clients

Maintain up-to-date software and industry knowledge

Record prospect information in CRM database,

What we’re looking for: • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills • Ability to build client relationships over the phone

Customer service skills with the ability to listen and empathize

Must be organized, detail and process-oriented

Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, phone skills)

Pay: 50k base with commission based structure.
