Join Cerebral Staffing LLC as a full-time PRODUCT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE on-site at John Deere Intelligent Solutions in Urbandale, IA. Qualified candidates MUST have Precision Farming experience/knowledge and a BA degree in Business, Agriculture or a closely related field. One year of product support experience is highly desired for this position. Precision Farming experience is a HUGE PLUS!!

HOURS: Standard work hours are expected, with the potential for rotational on-call support. •Infrequent (quarterly) travel within the Midwest may be needed for training or collaboration purposes. Contingent will more than likely travel with a Deere FTE, but may on occasion need to drive personal vehicle.

HOUR RATE OF PAY: $30.00 per hour

BENEFITS: PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, optional health/vision/dental, paid life insurance JOB DUTIES: •Investigate support tickets generated for dealer/customer issues •Utilize a catalog of tools to resolve common issues •Collaborate with the appropriate product development teams to resolve more complex issues •Document solutions to more quickly resolve similar issues in the future WORK EXPERIENCES: • Working in customer support, product support, or IT environment supporting consumer software applications • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues. • Communicating across functional and divisional teams to identify and leverage solutions for complex issues. SKILLS • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong troubleshooting skills / analytical problem solving • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and groups • Flexibility adapting to new tools and processes • Ability to manage deadlines • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company personnel. TECHNICAL SKILLS • Microsoft Outlook • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Excel • Experience using a variety of mobile devices (Android & iOS) AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE • Agricultural background, especially Precision Farming experience • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering-related field, IT or a similar discipline • Willingness to be on-call outside of office hours to support the business (rotational) TRAVEL: • Infrequent (quarterly) travel within the Midwest for training or collaboration purposes.
