Job Description
Join Cerebral Staffing LLC as a full-time technical CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP onsite at John Deere in Urbandale, IA. Qualified candidates will have at least one full year of strong customer support experience, preferably dealing with farming technology, to be considered. Ideal candidates will have degrees in Business or Agriculture.
HOURS: Candidates must be able to work and rotate between various shifts 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, and occasional holidays, and OT based on the needs of the business. Training and mentoring will last approximately 6 weeks.
HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $16.75 per hour
LOCATION: R4 Enterprise Contact Center, ISG Urbandale, IA

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES & DUTIES: The support team provides front-line technical support/information/solutions to John Deere dealers and customers on Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) product related inquiries, issues, and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. Technicians provide support via multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat) while effectively documenting each interaction within the CCMS system. Technicians also create and maintain support tools/solutions available online.
