    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review incoming loan agreements, amendments, and modifications.
    • Audit, organize, and process information and documents to ensure loan compliance of both financial and non-financial covenants.
    • Examine loan documents and extract relevant provisions to be placed on a secure smart database. 
    • Identify areas for technological advancement and automaton.
    • Keep team updated on progress, risk assessment, and monitoring of loan agreements and out of compliance conditions.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Accounting or finance bachelor’s degree is required. Graduate degree and/or certifications are often desired.
    • Proven track record of achieving project goals, preferably within financial services or technology industries.  Direct experience is not necessarily required.
    • Experience reading loan agreements preferred.
    • Ability to analyze loan covenants and calculate compliance ratios. 
    • Ability to work on a team.
    • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Must be located in the Baltimore-Washington metro area.
