Teamwork, Support, and Process

Provide overall management for a set vertical in commercial painting overseeing a team of painters to complete projects. Oversee management of Projects, developing long-term relationships and ensuring client needs and objectives are consistently met.

Execute Production Plan through management of painters.

Engage with current and prospective Painters through onsite meetings, regular phone and email communications, and annual seminars.

Support Client/Projects by identifying needs and developing solutions to expand current services within an existing client base.

Develop production plans

Serve as a client-company liaison to coordinate schedules, ensure deliverables are developed in a manner that meet or exceed client expectations, and are completed within project timelines.

Create and execute client account management plans.

Active in all phases of Production, beginning with the pre-production phase, Sales and Management review, job requirements, budgets, tracking budgets, postmortem of large jobs with a review with sales and Best practices.

Skills and Attributes:

A proven record of account management and/or client retention.

Strong work ethic in achieving personal and company goals.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and technical capacity/ability.

Enthusiastic, self-starter with a passion for operations and relationship management.

Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Willingness to travel (amount of travel time varies according to business needs).

Communication

Must be Bi-Lingual (spanish-english)

SPECIFICATIONS

Required:

MUST RELOCATE to CEDAR RAPIDS IOWA-relocation reimbursement available

3 years of management of painters or in a related field.

Prior experience in a management role (minimum of 3 years), preferably in Construction

Able to work in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
