It is important that our Sales Representative be an energetic, outgoing, people-oriented team player committed to the execution of daily and long-term sales and service objectives. CertaPro Painters is the industry leader in commercial painting services in Central Ohio. The Sales Representative is vital in laying the foundation for success in our business. Commercial Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers

Maintain existing accounts and relationships

Participate in industry events and tradeshows

Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals

Collaborate with our Development Team, Production Associates, and Ownership Group to ensure project expectations are met

Meet with customers and perform estimates

Win sales commitments in a competitive market

Prepare weekly analysis of results

Commercial Sales Representative Qualifications:

4-year degree

B2B industry related commercial sales experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Track record as a top performer preferred

Must have experience in General Contracting or related fields

Benefits and Compensation:

Competitive base salary, commissions, and bonuses

Excellent training and resources provided

1st Year $70-$100k

2nd Year $90-$130k+
