This is first and foremost a role for a strong leader, focusing on pride in your work and extending our brand to the masses. As a Job Site Supervisor (JSS) you’ll be responsible for completing interior and exterior residential and commercial paint jobs at an elite standard, ensuring customer satisfaction, coaching and leading your painters, and communicating with customers and our office. Continuous improvement and an eye for detail are what will make you a strong Job Site Supervisor.

~~ RESPONSIBILITIES ~~• General management and responsibility of painting projects• Coach and lead your own crew• Deliver an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff• Ensure the absolute safety of your crew and yourself• Follow relevant OSHA and EPA regulations• Ensure your crew, yourself, and your vehicle is branded with CertaPro logo’s• Communicate with the customer daily• Update CertaPro Painters® daily• Complete interior and exterior residential jobs with zero touchups• Problem solve unique and challenging problems as they arise

~~ REQUIREMENTS ~~• 5 years of crew leadership experience• Absolute pride in your work • Effective English communication skills• Ability to independently problem solve and address issues with customers and painters• Authorized to legally work in the United States• Past employer referrals
