Project Operations Manager

CertaPro Painters of the North Shore is searching for a Production Operations Manager who is driven to succeed, detail-oriented, energetic, and resourceful. Daily Responsibilities:
This opportunity is a full-time, in-office position.
Review and understand the scope of work on all residential and commercial projects
Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects
Consistently communicate with clients, crews, and staff
Manage the schedule
Managing the budgeting, planning, reporting, and auditing
Measure and report progress with all stakeholders
Overseeing daily operations
Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities
Developing operational policies and procedures
Recruit new paint crews
Conduct crew safety meetings and tool-box talks
Inventory control
Skills, Knowledge, and Traits:
Honesty and integrity
Embrace accountability
Proficiency with Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, Word, CRM)
Professional communication and writing skills
Bilingual a plus but not a requirement
Painting industry experience is preferred but not required.
