    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Commercial Painting Salesperson to join our Boston-area team. You will be responsible for finding, initiating, and developing business accounts that need painting. These types of accounts include property managers, homeowner associations, facility managers, and other businesses that need painting on an ongoing basis.

    No degree is necessary, but must be service-orientated.

    Responsibilities

    • Initiate relationships through networking and cold calling with people likely to need painting on an ongoing basis.
    • Spending a large client entertainment budget to help nurture client relationships (i.e. bringing clients to sporting events, lunches etc.)
    • Persistently developing relationships with contacts through education, lunches, and client entertainment.
    • Presenting accurate quotes to your contacts for the painting they require.
    • Nurturing previous clients to ensure they give us future painting work.
    • NO painting experience required - this is a sales position only.

    Qualifications

    • Driver's license necessary

    • Ability to hit a goal - This is NOT a "hard-sell" position, but you will be required to educate customers about painting and then hit your sales goals.
