We are currently seeking a Residential Painting Salesperson to join our team. You will be responsible for meeting with homeowners and quoting their painting projects.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Meet with homeowners on the South Shore who have made appointments with us to discuss their painting needs.
• Estimate painting costs accurately using our software.
• Need to be good with technology - we use a lot to make us efficient.
• Develop a quote for the homeowner that thoroughly explains the project's scope so the painters understand what they need to do.
• Follow up with homeowners to see if they want to hire CertaPro Painters.
• Previous experience in residential sales to homeowners in the home services field is helpful, but we will train the right person.
• Need to be personable, kind, thorough, accurate, and proactive
• Ability to handle multiple appointments in a day (at first, you'll be able to handle 3/day, once you're trained, you'll be able to handle 5/day).
• Ability to hit a goal - This is not a "hard-sell" position, but you must educate customers about painting their homes and then hit your sales goals.
• Driver's license necessary

What we offer:

-$35,000 base salary PLUS a commission for jobs sold. A first-year salesperson who hits their sales goals can expect total compensation (base plus commission) of $60K-$70K. An experienced salesperson could easily make $90K-$125k+.
