    Company Overview Qualicare Homecare is looking for compassionate, dependable, and attentive individuals to join our team as Certified Care Aides/Caregivers for overnight shifts. We provide in-home care services focused on improving our clients' quality of life and offering reassurance to their families — even through the night.

    We currently have immediate openings for caregivers available for night shifts!

    Job Summary As a Certified Care Aide, you’ll work under the supervision of a Care Coordinator to provide essential overnight support and care. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.

    Responsibilities

    Provide personal care and hygiene support during evening or early morning hours

    Assist with nighttime routines and morning transitions

    Monitor client safety and well-being throughout the night

    Respond to overnight needs or emergencies calmly and efficiently

    Light housekeeping and tidying as needed

    Medication reminders (as applicable)

    Document overnight observations and care provided

    Follow the individualized care plan for each client

    Qualifications

    Certified Care Aide Certificate (or relevant caregiving experience)

    Current CPR/First Aid training (or willingness to obtain)

    Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray

    Ability to travel to clients' homes throughout the territory

    Access to internet and a mobile phone
