    Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated certified Caregivers to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients and nursing staff, ensuring a high standard of care in a home setting. This role is crucial for enhancing patient comfort and well-being, as well as assisting with daily living activities.

    Responsibilities

    Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

    Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

    Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic health record systems like WellSky

    Support patients with disabilities by providing assistance tailored to their specific requirements.

    Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

    Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.

    Qualifications

    Completion of a Certified Caregiver training program or equivalent experience.

    Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

    Experience in medical documentation practices.

    Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is preferred.

    Ability to perform vital signs monitoring accurately.

    Understanding of infection control practices.

    Previous experience in Dementia care is a plus.

    Compassionate attitude towards working with individuals with disabilities.

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
