About the Role:
A leading construction and infrastructure solutions provider is seeking an experienced
Certified Crane Operator
to join its growing team in Waco, TX. In this role, you'll operate
rough terrain hydraulic cranes (RT cranes)
to move heavy materials and equipment across dynamic job sites — from large-scale roadwork to complex structural projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
Operate RT hydraulic cranes in various construction environments.
Review and interpret load charts to ensure safe lifting based on capacity and site conditions.
Set up and inspect crane machinery daily; report any issues promptly.
Evaluate ground and site conditions for safe crane operation.
Maneuver heavy equipment and structures into place with accuracy.
Coordinate with ground crew using hand signals, verbal, or radio communication.
Conduct daily rigging inspections and remove damaged gear from service.
Log activities and maintain service records.
Travel as needed based on project locations.
Wear proper PPE and follow all safety protocols.
What You Bring:
NCCCO Certification
(or equivalent).
3+ years of experience
operating RT mobile cranes.
Solid rigging background and safety-first mindset.
Familiarity with heavy highway construction sites.
Understanding of
OSHA
and
ANSI
standards related to crane operations.
Attention to detail and clear communication skills (both verbal and written).
Confidence operating in variable terrain and challenging jobsite conditions.
