We are currently hiring a Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and ready to grow with a team that believes dentistry should feel different. This is more than a clinical role. What You’ll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in both the clinical and emotional experience of our patients.

Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit

Prepare and break down operatories with efficiency and attention to detail

Take high-quality digital radiographs to support accurate diagnosis

Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols

Assist doctors chairside during a wide range of procedures

Record medical and dental histories, including vital signs

Provide clear, compassionate post-operative instructions

Fabricate temporary restorations and take precise impressions

Support overall clinical flow and teamwork throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

Active Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or state equivalent) preferred

Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology

Strong communication skills and a calm, reassuring chairside manner

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

High level of attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people
