Required Qualifications

Active California General Electrician License (State Certified).

Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial/industrial electrician

Ability to bend, thread conduit

Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and general California electrical code compliance.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical schematics.

Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair without prints, manuals, or documentation.

Proficiency in planning daily work activities and managing material and tool needs.

Competency using smartphones/tablets for field reporting and communication.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years in a leadership role.

Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
