We are hiring for a CERTIFIED EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP to join our growing team. This position is direct hire with full benefits. Salary is $65,000+ depending on experience. The candidate must have been a certified emergency medical technician within the last 4 years. Expired certificate is acceptable.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, product inquiries, shipping updates and account support. The ideal candidate is professional, organized and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls, emails and online inquiries.
Processing orders accurately.
Preparing quotations.
Provide product information, suggestions and support.
Resolve customer concerns, track shipments and escalate issues to our management team.
Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have been a certified emergency medical technician within the last 4 years. Expired certificate is acceptable
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities required.
Strong organizational and computer skills a must.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
