The Exercise Coach®, a hi-tech fitness and health studio, is adding multiple coaching roles in our Flemington, NJ studio. Thousands of people everyday enjoy their 20 minute workout and achieve their optimal results in our 200 studios in the nationwide. This is a growing studio. The Flemington location is adding 2-3 Fitness Coaches. These roles will be Part time and some roles will move to Full time.

The Exercise Coach® – Flemington

Setting us apart from the conventional health club/gym environment, The Exercise Coach® is professional, private and distraction-free. Our bio-sensitive training technologies allow us to measure unique muscular and metabolic makeup and prescribe personalized exercises. Each coach works with just one person at a time, or a small group of 2-4 people, guiding and motivating them as well as keeping sharp eyes for form, challenges and safety. The equipment keeps track of their progress over time so that you can work with them to achieve the results they're looking for.

You will provide fitness solutions for those who are busy, those who don’t like the gym scene, those who are not exercise enthusiasts, those who are afraid of getting hurt, or those who have previous injuries.

Coach Responsibilities and Duties

Perform Fitness Evaluations & Consultations

Coach clients in strength development

Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction

Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education

Track Client Progress

Lead Follow Up

**All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.

Qualifications: Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins! Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable talking in-person and on the phone, know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions. People skills and personality: You must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting studio and you must be able to show your energy and excitement while coaching.

Education: BS in Exercise Science and/or Kinesiology, preferred AED CPR certification is required

Compensation: Base hourly rate plus bonus opportunity Paid for worked hours - not just training sessions Compensated Certification Training
