Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients

Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care as appropriate

Review and respond to laboratory results, refill requests, referrals, prior authorizations, and patient messages in a timely manner

Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Follow Newma Wellness policies, clinical protocols, documentation standards, and established chains of communication

Collaborate respectfully with other providers, clinical support staff, lactation professionals, administrative staff, and community specialists

Protect patient confidentiality and maintain the highest standards of professionalism
