Responsibilities: • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Collect each client’s financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations • Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Collect each client’s financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations • Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives Qualifications: • CPA license, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are required • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field • Excellent math skills, relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucial • Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired • Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential • Ability to build and maintain relationships with strong communication • Enterprising spirit (desire to be your own boss and run your own practice) • Willingness to be coached and continue to learn • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferred • Experience in sales & finance is helpful but not required Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly
