SportsCare-Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills ****as a hand therapist in our Salem clinic location for immediate hire. We are proud to offer a mentorship program for Occupational or Physical therapists who are interested in becoming a CHT. We have a well-defined and proven mentorship program that has allowed us to walk alongside 1-2 therapists a year over the past 10 years to achieve their CHT goal!

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
• Current state of OR occupational therapy license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
• Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
• A therapist that is a coach, guide and educator for their patients.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
• A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy and patient care.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $93,000 - $104,832, dependent upon hand therapy experience

**Please note that there is a different salary scale for non-CHTs. Please inquire.

Sign-on Bonus available based on experience and clinic fit

• $500 for CHT exam (first attempt)
