Noir Well Adult Health NP – Brooklyn, NY Hourly Rate: $30–$32 per hour (W-2) Schedule: PRN | On-Site Only | Bi-weekly Pay

About the Role Noir Well Adult Health NP is seeking a Certified Holistic Nutritionist or Certified Nutritionist to join our growing integrative care team in Brooklyn. This role supports our mission to improve adult health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition and wellness services. You’ll work on-site only (no remote work) under the supervision of a Provider (NP), providing direct patient consultations, education, and lifestyle support that complements each patient’s care plan.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site nutrition consultations and develop individualized wellness plans.

Collaborate with Providers (NPs) to support clinical and preventive care goals.

Educate patients on healthy eating, disease prevention, and holistic lifestyle strategies.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the patient record.

Participate in community health and wellness initiatives when scheduled.

Qualifications

Certification as a Holistic Nutritionist or Certified Nutritionist (AFPA, NASM, or equivalent).

At least 1 year of related experience in nutrition, health coaching, or a wellness setting.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must be able to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY.

Compensation & Schedule

W-2 Employee (PRN, based on patient volume)

$30–$32 per hour

Bi-weekly payroll

Reports to supervising Provider (NP)
