About the Role:

Compassionate Care In Christ Home Health is looking for a dedicated and caring Certified Home Caregiver to join our team in Browns Mills, NJ. This is a live-in position where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those who need it most. Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Administer medications and monitor client health conditions as directed

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Document and report any changes in client condition to supervising staff

Requirements:

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Jersey

Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred

Ability and willingness to live in the client's home on a full-time basis

Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain client confidentiality

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
