Qualifications: ● Active NJ CHHA License (Certified Home Health Aide) - required

● Compassionate ● Enjoy caring for others ● Team Player ● Experience working with seniors. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab) ● Reliable transportation

Additional Requirements:

Driver's License, State ID or Passport.

Recent physical examination within the past 12 months

TB immunization (PPD or QuantiFERON).

Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccination.

Valid Social Security Number (SSN).
