Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for caregivers who value meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and consistent hours while making a difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need assistance at home.
We are actively building our team to support upcoming client starts throughout the Oklahoma City metro area.
Pay: $15–$17 per hour
Hours: Part-time with opportunities to build to 20+ hours per week based on availability As we continue to grow throughout the Oklahoma City area, additional hours and client assignments will become available.

Important: This position includes hands-on personal care. Applicants must be listed in good standing as a Home Health Aide (HHA) on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry.
Schedule / Expected Work Hours
• Hours assigned based on availability and client needs • Flexible scheduling available (days, evenings, weekends, and overnights) • Consistent schedules whenever possible
Responsibilities
• Provide companionship and emotional support • Perform hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed • Maintain client safety and report changes in condition • Follow care plans and infection control protocols • Provide transportation for appointments and activities when required • Perform light housekeeping and laundry • Provide medication reminders (non-medical) • Clock in/out and document all care activities accurately
Qualifications
• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) registration in good standing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry required • Prior experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or a related field required • High school diploma or GED preferred • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Proof of automobile insurance if transporting clients • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care • Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds • Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday
