Duties & Responsibilities:
As a CHHA, you'll deliver non-medical home care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse:
Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Assist with ambulation, mobility, and prescribed exercises
Prepare and serve balanced meals
Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying
Run errands or accompany clients to appointments
Monitor and document changes in the client’s condition
Offer companionship, dignity, and emotional support
Requirements:
NJ CHHA Certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
CPR Certification (preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and time-management skills
