Whether you want full-time hours or a flexible part-time routine, we match you with long-term, consistent clients close to home.

    Why Work With Us?

At Seniors Helping Seniors, we don’t just fill shifts; we build relationships. Owned and operated by local husband-and-wife team Matt and Erin Eckard, our agency was founded on the belief that care is most meaningful when it comes from a place of shared experience. We treat our caregivers like the professionals they are and thoughtfully match you with clients based on personality and interests—not just a checklist.

    The Rewards

Competitive Pay: Starting $20/hour, $22/hour weekends.

Flexible Scheduling: We build a routine around your availability.

Reliable Support: 24/7 access to Matt, Erin, and the leadership team. We are always by your side.

Professional Growth: Paid training, ongoing education, and unlimited referral bonuses.

    What You’ll Do

As a "clinical anchor" for your clients, you will provide vital daily support including:

Companionship: Delivering meaningful social engagement and specialized memory care support (Alzheimer’s/Dementia).

Personal Care: Providing safe assistance with daily activities (ADLs) like showering, grooming, and dressing.

Nutrition & Home: Preparing nutritious meals and handling light housekeeping.

Transportation: Providing reliable transport for essential grocery shopping, errands, and vital medical appointments (such as dialysis support).

    What We’re Looking For

We value mature, dependable professionals who understand the importance of boundaries, clear communication, and heart.

All qualified candidates—including male caregivers—are highly encouraged to apply. Many of our clients specifically look for male peers to assist with their routines.

    Active NJ CHHA Certification (Required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance (Required for client transport)

A compassionate, "can-do" attitude with strong clinical judgment.

The desire to treat every client with the same dignity you’d want for your own family.
