About the Role:

Join TRUCARING INC as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) OR CNA in Fort Wayne, IN, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing quality care and support in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing to the healthcare team.

Administer medications and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.

Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

use a Hoyer lift at home

Requirements:

Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Indiana.

Experience in home health care or a similar caregiving role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Willingness to undergo background checks as required by state regulations.
