About the Role:

Valley Home Health Care Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide to join our caring team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff

Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration for clients

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment

Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines

Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Requirements:

Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in the state of Nevada

Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferred

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a home environment

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with a client-first attitude

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
