Our company is seeking a Human Resources Clerk to help manage daily onboarding task.
Location: Edgewood, MD
Job Description
- Support daily operations within the Human Resources Department
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Track applicants process and assist with on-boarding
- Coordinate and assist with orientation
- Maintain proper records, assist with quarterly audits
- Respond to questions and collaborate with staff for any expired or missing documents
- Track monthly In-services and advise HR director of any employee missing or incomplete
- Update internal database with candidate's data
- Must be organized and have impeccable attention to details
- Must have knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Must maintain daily/weekly metrics for successful operation of the department

Required Education/ Skills
- High School Diploma
- 1-year previous work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
