About the Role:

North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified/Licensed Caregivers to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Provide personalized in-home care and assistance to elderly clients in the Virginia Beach area

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

Administer medications and monitor client health conditions as directed

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Maintain accurate care logs and communicate updates to supervisors and family members

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to support a safe home environment

Requirements:

Active CNA, HHA, or equivalent state-recognized caregiver certification or license in Virginia

Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related senior care setting preferred

Strong knowledge of ADL assistance, safety protocols, and infection control practices

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
