About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Certified Massage Therapist to join our team in the beautiful, wellness-focused community of Ojai, CA. Responsibilities:

Perform professional therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities

Conduct client intake consultations to assess needs, health history, and treatment goals

Customize massage sessions to address individual client concerns and preferences

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment

Accurately document session notes and client records

Recommend appropriate treatment frequencies and complementary wellness services

Requirements:

Valid California Massage Therapy Certificate (CAMTC) required

Proven experience in therapeutic massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and client communication skills

Professional, reliable, and punctual with a client-first attitude

Ability to stand and perform physical massage work for extended periods

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
