Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients of all ages, demonstrating an exemplary bedside manner.
Operate C-arm x-ray machines with confidence and expertise.
Perform blood collections using vein puncture and capillary techniques.
Ensure precise and timely data entry of patient information.
Handle administrative and clerical duties as required.
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work independently or as part of a team, showcasing reliability and professionalism.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certified Medical Assistant certification from an accredited agency.
Additional Skills and Experience
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced environments.
A compassionate and professional demeanor when assisting patients.
Proficiency in multitasking and executing tasks efficiently under supervision.
Computer literate, with experience in EHR and Microsoft Office applications.
Adherence to company policies and procedures.
A team-oriented mindset, focused on achieving both individual and group goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish)
One or more years of experience in customer service.
At least one year of experience in a medical office.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management systems.
