    ABOUT US

    DUTIES

    • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
    • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and treatments.
    • Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
    • Prepare patients for procedures and assist with minor surgical procedures.
    • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
    • Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring.
    • Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of three [2] years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.
    • Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
    • Knowledge of medical coding and billing.
    • Skilled in patient care techniques, including taking vital signs and assisting with examinations.
    • Knowledgeable in medication administration procedures and basic life support techniques.
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient service.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
