Responsibilities:
Assist in patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
Manage patient records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for various procedures.
Administer medications and injections as directed by the physician.
Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, coordinating with patients and staff.
Provide patient education and treatment plans.
Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and patient flow management.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient experience.
Requirements:
Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
