Job Summary

Be the clinical quarterback who keeps every visit on-time, on-brand, and on-point. You’ll prep charts, room patients, draw blood, run 12-lead EKGs, and make sure labs, scripts, and follow-ups land exactly where they should. Expect hands-on care, real-time provider support, and cross-training that sharpens your résumé for the next rung up our ladder.

Core Responsibilities

Visit Prep & Flow – pull charts, verify orders, stage rooms/equipment, manage supply inventory

Clinical Skills – vitals, phlebotomy, 12-lead EKG, etc.

Patient Experience – front-line education, concierge-level service, rapid problem-solving

Data & Docs – update EMR, track labs, call in prescriptions, chase authorizations

Compliance & Quality – sterilize instruments, uphold OSHA/DOH standards, flag critical results

Team Culture – mentor new CMAs, pitch process-improvement ideas, support multi-site projects

Qualifications

Active CMA or RMA with proven phlebotomy & EKG skills

1+ year outpatient experience preferred

Polished communication, laser-sharp attention to detail, and ability to lift 35 lbs
