Job Summary
Be the clinical quarterback who keeps every visit on-time, on-brand, and on-point. You’ll prep charts, room patients, draw blood, run 12-lead EKGs, and make sure labs, scripts, and follow-ups land exactly where they should. Expect hands-on care, real-time provider support, and cross-training that sharpens your résumé for the next rung up our ladder.
Core Responsibilities
Visit Prep & Flow – pull charts, verify orders, stage rooms/equipment, manage supply inventory
Clinical Skills – vitals, phlebotomy, 12-lead EKG, injections, CLIA-waived tests
Patient Experience – front-line education, concierge-level service, rapid problem-solving
Data & Docs – update NextGen EMR, track labs, call in prescriptions, chase authorizations
Compliance & Quality – sterilize instruments, uphold OSHA/DOH standards, flag critical results
Team Culture – mentor new CMAs, pitch process-improvement ideas, support multi-site projects
Qualifications
Active CMA or RMA with proven phlebotomy & EKG skills
1+ year outpatient experience; NextGen a plus
Polished communication, laser-sharp attention to detail, and ability to lift 30 lbs
