Position Highlights:
Evening Schedule: Part-time, typically 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with competitive hourly pay and additional compensation for RNs.
Structured Curriculum: Teach from an established, certification-aligned syllabus that combines hands-on labs and theory-based instruction.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on lab instruction in CMA, Phlebotomy, and EKG.
Ensure students meet all AMCA/NHA certification standards and lab safety requirements.
Assess and document student performance, providing individual guidance as needed.
Maintain professionalism, consistency, and instructional quality across all sessions.
Qualifications:
Required: Prior teaching, training, or instructional experience in a medical or allied health field (classroom, clinical precepting, or workforce training).
Required: Certification or licensure as a CMA, RMA, or RN (active and in good standing).
Preferred: Experience teaching or training high school students or adult learners.
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
