    Job Summary

    Temah Healthcare Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring client health, and supporting daily care within a behavioral and mental health setting. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.

    Responsibilities (MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION)

    Administer prescribed medications to clients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

    Accurately document medication administration and maintain up-to-date records

    Monitor clients for side effects, reactions, or changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff

    Assist with daily living activities as needed (ADLs)

    Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory of medications

    Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines

    Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to support client care

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

    Qualifications

    Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (required)

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Previous experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or residential setting preferred

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to follow instructions and work independently

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred Skills

    Experience working with mental health or substance use populations

    CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
