Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA — Private Duty Home Care
Job Summary We are hiring certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for CNAs and HHAs who value meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and consistent hours while making a real difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need assistance at home.
Pay: $15–$17 per hour Hours: Part-time with opportunities to build to 20+ hours per week based on availability Hiring Now: Apply in under 2 minutes
We are actively building our certified caregiver team ahead of upcoming client starts throughout the Oklahoma City metro area.
Schedule / Expected Work Hours
Hours assigned based on availability and client needs
Flexible scheduling available (days, evenings, weekends, and overnights)
Consistent schedules whenever possible
Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Maintain client safety and report changes in condition
Observe infection control and follow individualized care plan protocols
Provide transportation for appointments and activities
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Remind clients to take medication (non-medical only)
Clock in/out and document all tasks accurately
Qualifications
Current HHA registration in good standing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry required, OR active CNA certification in Oklahoma required
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or a related field preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; proof of insurance if transporting clients
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
