Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including Feeding, bathing and personal care.
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Assist with mobility as directed.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training is a plus.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor.
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Additional Information:
This Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role involves direct patient care in a Long-Term Care and Home Healthcare setting. Responsibilities include monitoring Vital Signs, assisting with Bathing and Grooming, and supporting Rehabilitation efforts. Candidates must demonstrate HIPAA Compliance and hold valid State Certification. CPR Certification and BLS Certification are highly preferred.
