About the Role:

Ritechoice Family Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance

Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly

Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams

Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility protocols

Requirements:

Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania

Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred

Strong knowledge of basic patient care and safety procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
