Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

A Certified Nurse Midwife is needed in Tampa, Florida.
Tampa offers a strong sense of community, coastal beauty, and access to world-class healthcare. This position is with a community-focused, nonprofit health center that emphasizes prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care in a compassionate, supportive environment.

Salary and Benefits

• $105,000 to $130,000+ based on experience

Responsibilities

• Full-time, outpatient-based with occasional delivery support (if credentialed for hospital deliveries)
• Provide prenatal, labor support, and postpartum care
• Offer education and guidance on pregnancy, family planning, and reproductive health
• Flexible schedule with 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours
• Patient volume: 16–18 per day
• EMR: EPIC
• Collaborative care model with OB/GYN and nursing staff

Requirements

• Master’s degree and CNM certification
• Active Florida APRN license
• Experience in women's health or midwifery strongly preferred
• New graduates will be considered with relevant clinical training
